Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and complete checkout using one of our secure payment methods.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before 5:00 PM EST on the same business day. Please contact us immediately at info@todaymart.shop or +1 (646) 980-5451.
Q: Are your products safe for home use?
A: Yes! All our kitchen utensils and accessories are made from high-quality, durable materials and are tested for safe everyday use.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 per order within the United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Handling time: 1–3 business days
Transit time: 7–12 business days within the US
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and UniUni. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: What is the order cutoff time?
A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return.
Q: How do I request a return?

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method 14 business days after we receive your returned item.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Google Pay.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes! All transactions are securely encrypted via SSL. TodayMart does not store your full credit card information.
Q: Are taxes included in the price?
A: Applicable state and local taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
